Apartment 01 on the first floor of the “Capitello” residence is a light-filled and lovingly furnished two-room apartment with 50 square meters of living space. As a modern temporary home, it welcomes you with largely barrier-free amenities, including an extra-wide, wheelchair-accessible parking space behind the building. There is also a charging station for your electric car.
The spacious living and dining room with an integrated kitchen is cleverly divided into different functional areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows, soothing colors, chic décor, and the modern corner sofa set (with a sleep function measuring 1.30 x 2.00 m) immediately create a sense of well-being. For entertainment, a 55-inch smart TV, a table radio, and, of course, free Wi-Fi are available.
The fully equipped kitchen features a glass-ceramic stove with an exhaust hood, a wall-mounted oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and more. The dining table seats four people for shared meals. By the way, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the nearest bakery for fresh breakfast rolls.
In the separate bedroom, which features a large closet and an additional TV, an exclusive box-spring bed with a comfort height of 55 cm and an extra armchair with a sleep function (0.80 x 1.90 m) for one person promise sweet dreams. Hypoallergenic mattresses, duvets, and pillows ensure the best possible sleeping comfort.
The bathroom in your vacation home features underfloor heating, a walk-in, extra-wide shower (88 cm), a toilet, a towel warmer, and an illuminated vanity with a cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer. A stool and plenty of hooks and storage space for your toiletries are also provided.

• Parking space 01 behind the building is reserved free of charge for your car. Covered parking spaces for bicycles are available.
A charging station for electric cars (230 V/3.6 kW, 35.00 euros per week fee) is available at the parking space. The outlet is activated via remote control for 10 hours.
Apartment 01 is ideal for two people, but can also be booked for up to four people thanks to the extra bedding options. Out of consideration for subsequent guests and, in particular, those with allergies, smoking indoors and bringing pets are not permitted.
