Sehr gute Lage, alle Apartments haben Meerblick und Balkon, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, Autos stehen auf nach Apartment-Nr. auf dem Hof, wir fanden es im Haus sehr ruhig (April)

Guter Ablauf, von der Mail über die Bezugsfertigkeit der Whg., vor Termin, Schlüsselübergabe, ruhige Lage, Meerblick, saubere, gut ausgestattete Whg mit geschmackvoller Deko und guten Möbeln, alles in Ordnung!
Einzig das Sofa ist teilweise etwas durchgesessen.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal. Die Ausstattung ist ausgesprochen geschmackvoll. Das Sofa ist bequem. Wir haben uns den Esstisch vor das Fenster gestellt und konnten so mit Blick auf die gefrorene Ostsee frühstücken.
Es fehlt nur ein Ofen, falls man den überhaupt benötigt…
