You’ll be staying in a very nice three-room apartment spread over two floors. In the attic, there is a living area with a comfortable leather sofa set and a section separated by a room divider featuring two single beds.

The apartment also features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, satellite TV with a VCR, a stereo system with a DVD/VCR recorder and a small movie collection, a separate dining area in front of the beautiful bay window, a shower/toilet, and a balcony.
In the converted attic (accessible via a steep staircase), you’ll find an open-concept bedroom (15 m²) with box-spring beds, a TV, and a VDR recorder.

Includes a beach chair right in front of the dike from May through September (beach chair number = M 97; beach access at the Steinmarne outdoor pool, 2nd section in front of the volleyball courts—toward Döse).
You can park your vehicle in the underground garage.



The Residenz Steinmarne is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right next to the beach, behind the dike and the dunes, on a traffic-calmed street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Center “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum entry height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space)
