You’ll be staying in a 3-room apartment for up to 6 people, approximately 50 m², on the first floor. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed, a living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area with oven, dishwasher, and microwave, large refrigerator with a separate 40-liter freezer compartment, shower/toilet, balcony, ULTRA HD LCD TV.



The Steinmarne Residence is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right near the beach, behind the dike and dunes, on a traffic-calmed street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Center “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum entry height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m, no entitlement to an alternative parking space)

Bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).
