House Atlantic, Apartment 212 in Döse, about 100 meters from the beach. This 2-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor offers approximately 65 m² of space for up to 6 people. It is located in a quiet area near the North Sea.
The living and dining area is functionally furnished and features a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a dining area. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers views of the surrounding area. A fold-down bed is also available.
The open kitchen is practically equipped and offers everything you need for your stay, including a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom features two single beds as well as storage space for clothes and luggage.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are also restaurants and cafés in the area.
Free parking is available for guests.
The apartment is ideal for guests looking for simple, quiet accommodations near the beach.
The swimming pool is scheduled to be closed from January 15, 2026, through February 20, 2026.

Visitor’s tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. If you’d like, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with light luggage.
We provide the following starter kit for each guest:
– one cleaning cloth
– two trash bags/compostable bags
– one dish towel
– one roll of toilet paper
