The Residenz Hohe-Lith Vacation Rental 205 (HLI205) is situated in an excellent location in the popular seaside resort of Cuxhaven, just about 400 meters from the fine-sand beach and the North Sea. This stylishly furnished apartment is on the first floor of a modern apartment building with an elevator and offers ample space for up to six people across 66 m². With two separate bedrooms and three rooms in total, the vacation rental is ideal for families, couples, or small travel groups who value comfort and high-quality amenities.

The layout features an open-concept living area with vinyl flooring that is both cozy and easy to maintain. The open kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room and is equipped with all essential appliances: a ceramic cooktop, oven (electric), microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, as well as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other kitchen amenities allow you to fully cater to your own needs. An inviting dining area rounds out the living space.

In the spacious living room and in one of the bedrooms, you can relax in front of a modern flat-screen TV (35–44 inches). Free Wi-Fi is also available. The entire apartment is designated as a non-smoking area and features privacy screens on all windows, so you can enjoy complete privacy.

The comfortable bathroom is equipped with a shower and tub, a mirror, a hair dryer, and a toilet. A separate guest restroom adds convenience for multiple guests. Shared use of the washer and dryer is also available, which is particularly advantageous for longer stays.

The vacation rental features a covered balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, where you can start your day or wind down in a relaxed atmosphere. For even more relaxation and leisure activities, numerous shared facilities at the property are available to you: These include a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and an infrared cabin—a real highlight for wellness enthusiasts. You can park your vehicle safely and conveniently in a private parking space in the building’s garage (one parking space included). The apartment is easily accessible by elevator, and check-in and check-out can be done contactlessly upon request.

We’ve even thought of your four-legged companions: You’re welcome to bring up to two pets. For your outings by the sea, a beach chair on the beach is included—ideal for relaxing in the fresh North Sea air.

Residenz Hohe-Lith Apartment 205 is located near a wide variety of leisure and recreational activities. Shopping options are within 900 meters, and the nearest restaurant is just 500 meters away. The surrounding area is perfect for bike rides or long walks by the sea. A doctor’s office is also nearby. The apartment comes fully stocked with essentials, so you can arrive feeling relaxed.

Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 meters behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time at all—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive vacation apartment in a flash. You can also explore the lively center of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The clearance height of the underground garage entrance is 2 meters. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the minimum legal requirements under building codes. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each vacation apartment has a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s Wi-Fi currently serves the 102 vacation apartments with two 100 Mbit lines; an expansion to include two additional 100 Mbit lines is in the works. The capacity is generally sufficient for basic uses such as email and web browsing. Streaming services or computationally intensive remote applications are only possible to a very limited extent and are by no means guaranteed.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance usually takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ association or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as we know them. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle you to a full or partial refund of the rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 until approximately mid-June 2026. During this period, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is included in the price.
