We warmly invite you to stay in our approximately 80 m² vacation apartment, which is exceptionally bright and modernly furnished. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Here, up to 6 people can relax completely and feel right at home. You’ll have access to two bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area, a living room with a luxury sleeper sofa, a comfortable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom, an additional guest restroom, and a wonderful, large south-facing sun terrace. You can easily reach the wellness area below the apartment via elevator. There, you can relax in the sauna, infrared cabin, steam room, and pool.

The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), corresponding to the apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
