This recently and completely renovated and redesigned 3-room apartment spans the 3rd and 4th floors of the Hohe Lith residence. The layout across two levels creates a spacious living environment with plenty of opportunities to have some privacy.
Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms make the vacation rental particularly comfortable for families, two couples, or a group of four. You can also enjoy the proximity to the North Sea outdoors: The apartment features two balconies, and the upper balcony offers a fantastic view of the sea. The sandy beach at Duhn is also just a few steps away.

Two balconies for your getaway in the North Sea air
On the lower level of the apartment, floor-to-ceiling windows open out onto the first balcony. High-quality wooden furniture makes it a lovely spot to have breakfast together, enjoy a cup of coffee, or breathe in the fresh North Sea air after a day of vacation.
A second balcony is attached to the bedroom on the upper level. From here, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the North Sea and retreat outside in complete peace and quiet.

Loft with ocean view and workspace
The loft on the upper living level is an additional space that you can use flexibly during your stay. A sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV invite you to relax, while a wardrobe provides additional storage space. From the gallery area, you can also enjoy a partial view of the North Sea.

Vacation Apartment No. 33 is located in Building I of the Hohe Lith Residence and spans the 3rd and 4th floors. This well-maintained vacation complex consists of four apartment buildings and is located directly behind the Duhnen dike. You can easily reach your floor by elevator.
Only about 50 meters to Duhnen’s sandy beach
You don’t have to plan a long walk for a day at the beach: After about 50 meters, you’ll already reach Duhnen’s sandy beach and the Wadden Sea. The town center is also within easy walking distance, about 800 meters away. There, you can stroll through Duhnen, stop by one of the restaurants or cafés, and visit various shops.
Wellness area with a swimming pool and sauna
After a walk on the beach or on a cooler North Sea day, you can use the residence’s wellness area free of charge. It features a swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Families with children will also find a playground on the grounds.
