About this apartment rental
The Haus Vogelsand residence is a 4-bedroom townhouse that sleeps up to 6 people in a quiet location. The house has a beautiful garden with a cozy terrace. The long sandy beach is just a few minutes away. Bike rentals at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rentals are available at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
VGS-74c - Three-level townhouse with garage (high season):
Dear guests,
our little family nest is a townhouse in Döse. It’s just 700 m from the beach—near the “Wikingerschiff” playground. You can reach the spa park, which features a playground and a small menagerie, in about 15 minutes. Three other playgrounds are less than 5 minutes away. It’s a pleasant 25-minute walk to the Kugelbake. The H&P reception desk, restaurants, and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity.
Our house, with a small garden (located on a cul-de-sac), covers approximately 80 m² across 3 floors. The garage, with a parking space in front of it, is located on the access road. Here you’ll also find a Fuxtec FX-CTB800 beach handcart.
As you enter through the front door, on your left is a fully equipped built-in kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, children’s tableware). One door further is the guest bathroom with a washing machine. The third door leads into the living area with a separate dining area (Hauck high chair). In addition to the smart TV and a DVD player, you’ll find DVDs, board games, toys, and children’s books. We’ve hidden additional toys, a children’s step stool, a clothes rack, and more “in the space under the stairs” ;-) Of course, our stairs in the living area and on the first floor are secured with retractable stair gates. From the living area, you can access the furnished terrace leading to the garden (south-facing). In the garden shed, you’ll find a wood-burning and gas grill, as well as beach toys.
Up the stairs, on the left, is a bedroom with a double bed, closet, TV, and DVD player. On your right, you’ll find the second bedroom with a double bed, a fixed crib, and a closet. A safety rail is also available. Between the two rooms is the bathroom with a shower.
Another set of stairs leads to the converted attic (with a boiler). Here you’ll find a single bed and a fold-out children’s chair. This room is only suitable for older children or adults.
