About this apartment rental

The high quality interior can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor on the north-west side of the residence Hohe Lith
in a traffic-calmed position but still central. It was equipped with allergy-friendly materials. It is a Non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. WiFi is accessible without cost.
The apartment is within walking distance of the center and the beach. A spacious balcony with afternoon and evening sun invites you to relax. You can park your PWK comfortably in the underground car park. For you a beach chair is reserved on the beach during the Sasion. In the neighboring house there is a swimming pool, a sauna and steam sauna as well as an infrared cabin. Unfortunately, these are closed indefinitely from 09. 09. 2019 onwards. A playground for the little ones is still available on the premises.

sehr gepflegt, tolle Anlage, leider war das Schwimmbad geschlossen aufgrund der momentanen Corona-Lage :-( Aber von außen machte es einen tollen Eindruck. Die Wohnung war schön aufgeteilt und groß genug für 4 Personen. Die Küchenanrichte, Herd und Backofen hätten sauberer sein können. Je nachdem welche Wohnung man hat, bekommt man vom Straßenlärm einiges mit. Das war teilweise zum Einschlafen etwas störend. Wir hatten die Wohnung aber auch direkt zur Straßenseite. Da würde ich beim nächsten Mal drauf achten, dass man weiter hinten ist

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war so wie vorher beschrieben u abgebildet. Die Wohnung liegt in Hochparterre. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ich bin gehbehindert u meist m d Rollator unterwegs. Auch aus diesem Gesichtspunkt ist die Nähe zum Strand u zur Ortsmitte v Duhnen sehr praktisch. Zugang zum Strand über d Deich auch m Rollator v d Wohnung aus in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle in drei Minuten. Er fährt zum Bahnhof u hält an d Kugelbake u an d Alten Liebe. So konnten wir zu Fuß dorthin u wenn wir wollten m d Bus zur Wohnung fahren. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Die Terrasse ist allerdings v d Straße einsehbar. Aber d macht d super Ausstattung wieder wett.

Man fühlt sich in der schönen, sauberen Wohnung sofort wohl :) Einfach den Wagen in die schützende Tiefgarage parken und den Rest des Urlaubs zu Fuß an der frischen Luft oder in der Wellness-Anlage genießen. Der Strand liegt quasi direkt vor der Tür. Im Sommer den Balkon und den wohnungseigenen Strandkorb nutzen zu können, klingt sehr verlockend - wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder !!
