The Residenz Hohe-Lith Vacation Rental 412 (HLI412) offers 52 m² of modern comfort for a relaxing stay just steps from the sandy North Sea beach in Cuxhaven. The vacation rental is located on the fourth floor of a residential complex and is easily accessible by elevator. It is a non-smoking accommodation and is ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers seeking both relaxation and a variety of recreational activities.

The unit features a total of two rooms: a separate bedroom with vinyl flooring and a cozy living room that flows seamlessly into the open kitchen. The sleeping area comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Privacy screens on all windows ensure privacy at any time of day. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub, and a hair dryer is also provided.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes, silverware, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The open layout creates a welcoming atmosphere, making shared cooking evenings especially enjoyable. A separate dining area offers plenty of space for meals.

Entertainment is provided by two digital cable TVs in the living room and bedroom, a selection of books and games for leisure time, and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 meters behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time at all—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive vacation apartment in no time. You can also explore the lively center of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The height of the underground garage entrance is 2 meters. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the minimum legal requirements under building codes. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each vacation apartment has a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s Wi-Fi currently provides the 102 vacation apartments with two 100 Mbit lines; an expansion to include two additional 100 Mbit lines is in the works. The capacity is generally sufficient for basic uses such as email and web browsing. Streaming services or computationally intensive remote applications are only possible to a very limited extent and are by no means guaranteed.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance usually takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ association or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as they are known to us. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle you to a full or partial refund of the rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 through, tentatively, mid-June 2026. During this period, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is included in the price.
