About this apartment rental
Dear Vacationers,
Our approximately 48 m² two-room vacation apartment, No. 3.05, is located on the first floor and features a spacious balcony with high-quality patio furniture.
Our bright and modern living room features a separate dining area for 4 people as well as a sitting area with a comfortable double sofa bed (1.70 m x 2.00 m sleeping surface).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove with glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and everything else you would expect from an excellent kitchen.
Our bathroom features a shower with an extra-shallow shower pan.
Built-in closets in the hallway and storage room round out the furnishings.
For your entertainment and added comfort, we provide
- a large flat-screen TV in the living room
- a flat-screen TV in the bedroom
- free internet access
Please note: free beach chair during the season
Additional extras
You’re welcome to book the following extras before your arrival. This allows us to prepare them in advance and have them ready in the apartment upon your arrival.
You can conveniently pay for your booked extras when you pick up your keys.

Bedding package – €13.00 per person
1 sheet, 1 pillowcase, and 1 duvet cover
Towel package – €6.50 per person
1 bath towel and 1 hand towel
Dish towel package – €5.50 per package

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung. Das Mobiliar müsste teilweise erneuert werden. Auflagen für die Terrassenmöbel fehlten. Die Stühle im Esszimmer und die Sofakissen müssten erneut werden. Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Dusche müsste gründlicher gereinigt werden.

Die Wohnung modern ausgestattet aber wird anscheinend nicht gepflegt. Kühlschranklicht flackert, Batterien beider Fernsehbedienungen leer, in der Dusche waren noch Haare der Vorgänger, Dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank vorgefunden. Alles kleine Punkte aber im Gesamten halt ein No Go. Wenn diese Punkte abgestellt sind, ist das eine schöne Wohnung. Praktisch ist der Tiefgaragenplatz und der Aufzug im Haus.
