You’ll be staying in a 3-room apartment for up to 4 people with approx. 53 m² of living space on the first floor. Both bedrooms feature double beds at a comfortable sitting height, a comfortable sofa set, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area, a shower/toilet, two balconies, and a Wi-Fi-enabled satellite LED TV. Underground parking space. A particularly nice feature: Every window and patio door is secured by an electric exterior roller shutter and offers individual blackout options.
From May 1 through September 30, a seasonal beach chair in Section 44, Number 85, is available to you free of charge.



The Residenz Steinmarne is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right next to the beach, behind the dike and the dunes, on a traffic-calmed street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glass-enclosed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Center “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum entry height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space)

Bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
