Would you like to unwind and reflect on what really matters? You can do just that at Villa Vier Jahreszeiten. Four vacation apartments, renovated in 2021, await you. A rustic outdoor grill with a terrace is available for all guests to use freely. It’s only about a 15-minute walk to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Are you coming by car or, perhaps, the more active way—by bike? Of course, we have space on the property for both. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed for a fee.
A laundry package can be added for a fee per person. If the booking is made on the same day as arrival, the laundry package cannot be added due to the short notice and must be brought along.
Are you traveling with an extended family or planning a birthday celebration on the island? On the property, we have the “Sommer,” “Herbst,” and “Winter” apartments, offering a total of 12 additional sleeping spots, which we’d be happy to make available to you together.

You’ll find peace and relaxation in this 65-square-meter space. Whether as a couple, with children, or with friends—we can accommodate up to four people (one double bed (160x200) in the bedroom, one double bed (140x200) on the veranda).
How about starting your day with a morning walk to discover the sunny island of Usedom? From our Villa Vierjahreszeiten, you can stroll inland through the forests or reach the kilometer-long sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in just 15 minutes. On your way back, you’ll pass the beach promenade and the little shops in Karlshagen, which are perfect for a leisurely stroll. When you return to the apartment, tired but content, a hot shower will be waiting for you. To round off a romantic evening, why not enjoy something delicious from the rustic outdoor grill on the terrace or spend some time by the wood-burning fireplace? Here, you can unwind with ease. Put your feet up and relax.
We’ll make sure all your needs are met. Are you coming by car—or perhaps, for a bit of exercise, by bike? Of course, we have space on the property for both. And that’s not all. You’ll find free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a crib, a high chair, and much more.
A linen package can be added for a fee per person. If the booking is made on the same day as arrival, the linen package cannot be added due to the short notice and must be brought with you. A handcart with a canopy can be rented for €15 per day.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
