Built in 2000, this vacation home in Karlshagen offers twelve modern vacation apartments with upscale amenities spread across three floors. In a quiet, central location right on the edge of the forest, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen on the island of Usedom.
The vacation apartment is located on the first floor with a view toward the woods. It’s ideal for couples and families looking for a vacation apartment near the beach.
A limited number of parking spaces are available for our guests at the building (maximum one space per booking). Additional paid parking is available directly across the street in the public area. You can safely store your bicycles in a covered bike shed located about 175 meters away at the Maiglöckchen bed-and-breakfast (Maiglöckchenberg 3).
The vacation apartments are fully equipped to meet all your needs: Cable TV, free Wi-Fi (provided by Plückhahn in Wolgast), and modern furnishings ensure your comfort. Small pets with a shoulder height of up to 50 cm are also welcome here, so nothing stands in the way of a vacation with your dog on the Baltic Sea.
Just a few steps from the house, the Maiglöckchen bed-and-breakfast offers a generous breakfast buffet (daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. outside the winter season). When the weather is nice, you can enjoy your breakfast in the lovingly designed guest garden. Advance registration is required unless breakfast has already been booked. Last-minute requests can be made at the office up until the day before and paid for directly there.
The house’s location is ideal for your Baltic Sea vacation: the fine-sand beach of Karlshagen is only about 300 meters away, and the marina is about 2 kilometers away. This makes the vacation home the perfect starting point for days at the beach, bike rides, and excursions along the beautiful island of Usedom.

Built in 2000, the house features a total of twelve modern vacation apartments with high-end amenities, spread across three floors and offering a pleasant living experience.

The Maiglöckchen 19 vacation home offers the following types of vacation apartments:
- seven three-room apartments (Type M, approx. 75 m²) with a balcony or terrace
- Two-room apartment (Type M14, approx. 50 m²) with an additional children’s room and terrace
- Three-room apartment (Type M15, approx. 75 m²) on the first floor with an outdoor seating area.

All vacation apartments are functionally and modernly furnished and feature cable TV and free Wi-Fi.
Limited parking is available at the vacation home (maximum one parking space per booking). Additional paid parking spaces are located in the public area directly across the street. Bicycles can be securely stored in a covered bike shed. This is located about 175 meters away at the Maiglöckchen Bed & Breakfast (Maiglöckchenberg 3).
Small pets (up to about 50 cm at the shoulder) are allowed, making the house a great choice for a vacation with your dog on the Baltic Sea.
Thanks to its quiet yet central location on the edge of the forest, guests can enjoy a restful vacation in a relaxed setting without having to sacrifice easy access to the beach, the boardwalk, or the amenities of the Baltic Sea resort town of Karlshagen. The spacious vacation apartments offer ideal conditions for a vacation as a couple, with family, or with friends.
Just about 100 meters away, on the first floor of the Maiglöckchen guesthouse, there is a cozy breakfast room. A breakfast buffet is served there daily (except during the winter season) from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; when the weather permits, it is also served in the guest garden. Advance registration is required unless breakfast is already included in your booking; last-minute reservations can be made at the office up until the day before.
Karlshagen Beach is about 300 meters away and easily accessible on foot. The Karlshagen marina is about 2,000 meters away.
This makes the vacation home an ideal starting point for relaxing days at the beach, extended bike rides, and varied excursions on the island of Usedom.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 06:00 to 10:00.
