About this apartment rental
Would you like to unwind and reflect on what really matters? You can do just that at Villa Vier Jahreszeiten. Four vacation apartments, renovated in 2021, await you. A rustic outdoor grill with a terrace is available for all guests to use freely. It’s only about a 15-minute walk to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Are you coming by car or, perhaps, the more active way—by bike? Of course, we have space on the property for both. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed for a fee.
A linen package can be added for a fee per person. If the booking is made on the same day as arrival, the linen package cannot be added due to the short notice and must be brought with you.
Are you traveling with an extended family or planning a birthday celebration on the island? On the property, we have the “Sommer,” “Herbst,” and “Winter” apartments, which offer a total of 12 additional sleeping spots—we’d be happy to make them available to you together.

Awaiting you is the "Frühling" vacation rental in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen, renovated in 2021, which invites you to relax and enjoy yourself in its 55 square meters of space. Whether as a couple, with children, or with friends—we can accommodate up to four people (one double bed (180x200) in the bedroom, one double bed (140x200) on the veranda). Why not start your day with a delicious breakfast and hot coffee on the terrace?
How about a leisurely walk afterward? The choice is yours. From our Villa Vierjahreszeiten, you can stroll inland through the woods or reach the kilometer-long sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in just 15 minutes. Your way back takes you past the beach promenade and the many small shops in Karlshagen, which are just begging to be explored.
When you return to the apartment, tired but happy, a hot shower will be waiting to pamper you. To round off a romantic evening, how about something delicious from the rustic outdoor grill on the terrace, a glass of red wine, or a cozy moment by the organic fireplace? Put your feet up and relax.
We’ll make sure all your wishes are fulfilled. Are you coming by car, or perhaps taking the sporty route by bike? Of course, we have space on the property for both. But that’s not all. We offer free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a coffee pod machine, a toaster, a hair dryer, a crib, a high chair, and much more.
A laundry package can be added for a fee per person. If the booking is made on the same day as arrival, the laundry package cannot be added due to the short notice and must be brought with you. A handcart with a canopy can be rented for €5 per day. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
