Would you like to unwind and reflect on what really matters? You can do just that at Villa Vier Jahreszeiten. Four vacation apartments await you, all of which were renovated in 2021. A rustic outdoor grill with a terrace is available for all guests to use freely. It’s only about a 15-minute walk to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Are you coming by car or, perhaps, the more active way—by bike? Of course, we have space on the property for both. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee.
A laundry package can be added to your reservation for a fee per person. If the reservation is made on the same day as your arrival, the laundry package cannot be added due to the short notice and must be brought with you.
Are you traveling with an extended family, or are you planning a birthday celebration on the island? On the property, we have the “Summer,” “Fall,” and “Winter” apartments, which offer a total of 12 additional sleeping spots—we’d be happy to make them available to you together.

Spread across 65 square meters, you’ll find peace and relaxation. Whether as a couple, with children, or with friends—we can accommodate up to four people (one double bed (160x200) in the bedroom, one double bed (140x200) on the open veranda).
How about starting your day with a morning stroll to discover the sunny island of Usedom? From our Villa Vierjahreszeiten, you can stroll inland through the forests or reach the kilometer-long sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in just 15 minutes. Your walk back takes you past the beach promenade and the little shops of Karlshagen, which are perfect for a leisurely stroll. When you return to the apartment feeling tired, a hot shower will be waiting for you. To round off a romantic evening, why not enjoy something delicious from the rustic outdoor grill on the terrace or spend a lovely evening by the eco-friendly fireplace? Here, you can unwind with ease. Put your feet up and relax.
We’ll make sure all your wishes are fulfilled. Are you coming by car, or perhaps in a sporty way—by bike? Of course, we have space on the property for both. But that’s not all. We offer free Wi-Fi, a bio-fireplace, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, washing machine, crib, high chair, and much more.
