The 50-square-meter, non-smoking semi-detached house consists of a living-dining area, an open kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a large south-facing terrace.
The living area is equipped with a cozy sofa bed (which sleeps a 5th person), a dining area, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The modern open-concept kitchen features an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
Also located on the first floor is the bathroom with natural light, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, and hair dryer.
A spacious spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms are located. The larger bedroom is furnished with one double bed, a dresser, and an internet-enabled flat-screen TV. The smaller bedroom also features a double bed, a built-in closet, and another TV. Exterior shutters, Verlux blackout blinds, and fly screens are provided.
The spacious, furnished patio with an adjoining garden faces south and is completely fenced in. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and features laminate or tile flooring.
A crib and high chair can be provided free of charge. The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked for an additional fee.
The vacation semi-detached homes can accommodate 4–5 guests for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.
