This 50-square-meter, non-smoking semi-detached house features a living-dining area, an open kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a large south-facing terrace.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeps 5. person), a dining area, a fireplace, and a smart TV.
The modern open-concept kitchen features an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer combo, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
Also located on the first floor is the natural-light bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, and hair dryer.
A spacious spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms are located. The larger bedroom is furnished with one double bed, a built-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. The smaller bedroom has two single beds. Exterior shutters, Verlux blackout blinds, and fly screens are provided.
The spacious, furnished terrace with an adjoining garden faces south and is completely fenced in. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and features laminate or tile flooring.
A crib and high chair can be provided free of charge.
The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.



The vacation semi-detached homes can accommodate 4–5 guests for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.
In 2021, the vacation home was lovingly renovated and refurnished.
In addition to the spacious garden—located right next to the forest—the south-facing terrace, and the practical floor plan spread over two stories, the vacation home stands out above all for its quiet yet beachfront location.
Your pets are always welcome here. The property is completely fenced in, and there are countless exciting walking trails.
Even in the off-season, the vacation home offers cozy comfort thanks to its underfloor heating and fireplace—because a visit to the Baltic Sea is worth it even in wind and rain.
The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just 1.7 km away and is perfect for long walks.
