About this house rental
Currently starting March through October 2025 we are offering a discounted rate due to house remodel next door. The discount is already built into the rate. Construction can occur from 7:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and between 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. No construction work will be allowed on Sundays and the following legal holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Fourth of July; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day.
This luxurious coastal home located on Isle of Palms is both a short walk to the beach and Isle of Palms Marina. This home features an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and high-end appliances. The kitchen leads to the living room with ample seating and a separate dining room with seating for ten or more. Directly off the dining room provides access to the screened-in porch with comfortable seating, sink, an Al-Fresco gas grill and pizza oven.
The master-suite is on the main floor and includes a separate lounging area with desk. The luxurious en suite master bath features a shower and ample vanity space. The first floor includes an additional bathroom and a walk-in laundry room off the main entrance. Upstairs are two guest bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath, both with Queen beds, one of which also includes built-in bunk beds.
Downstairs directly inside the garage is an elevator that leads to the main floor. Right off the entrance is an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach or before enjoying the spacious jacuzzi in the adjoining screened-porch that leads to the backyard. Inside the garage is a ping pong table and treadmill with TV in a separate exercise room.

NO PARTIES PERMITTED OF ANY KIND!
NOISE ORDINANCE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NOISE MONITORING IN PLACE!
NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES PERMITTED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays.
Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.
Bed Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from IOP Beach Chair company.
Please note - The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of five! The location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and super close to great restaurants and shops. The golf cart was a fun and convenient bonus, and the Jacuzzi made for relaxing evenings after long beach days. We did have a minor issue with the washing machine during our stay, but the property manager handled it promptly and professionally—very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a stress-free beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

This home was a great spot for our stay in Charleston. Having the LSV (golf cart) was a huge bonus and it made it so incredibly easy for us to get to and from the beach just down the street. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the Charleston area.

This was the perfect rental property for our beach vacation! Definitely home away from home! It was so comfortable and relaxing! Everything was decorated beautifully and well thought out! From the beds, to the showers to the comfort of the living room furniture… it was everything we needed and then some! We will definitely be returning!

We stayed here with our two kids for spring break. The house was perfect and the golf cart was super convenient for us. Everything about the house was wonderful and I would definitely stay again!!
