Guests walk up the exterior steps of the home from the driveway to the front porch and enter the front door into the kitchen. There's an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, dining and living room areas. All three bedrooms -- as well as the home's two bathrooms -- are located off the kitchen and living room area of the home. There is a back deck accessible from the living room.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. Tenant must be 25 years old. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Perfect cottage in a great location. Clean, well appointed, steps from the community pool and an easy walk to the beach. We had no need to contact host because everything was perfect.

Enjoyed our stay - very comfortable home. Location was easy in and out from main entrance. We loved being able to play the Harbor Golf Course. Our view of the golf green behind the house was super. The house setup with regards to kitchen, dining, and couch in living room was very accommodating. We would like to come back in the future.

This home and our hosts are incredible. My family has been renting vacation homes for years now and this is our first time using iTrip and I will never use another company now. Our hosts were so great with communication and anything we needed or any questions we had they always answered extremely quick. The house was absolutely stunning and right on the golf course with a great view. Everything was extremely clean and instructions were very clear and easy to follow with the house rules. We will definitely be coming back soon!
