The heart of the home is the spacious open kitchen featuring an oversized center island, plenty of prep space, and a large dining table that’s perfect for gathering with family and friends. Just off the main living area, you’ll find a wonderful screened porch with outdoor dining, ideal for enjoying coastal breezes after a day at the beach.
The living room is open, comfortable, and filled with natural light, with plenty of seating and a large smart TV for movie nights or relaxing indoors.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor and features a large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, double vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. A second bedroom is also located on the main level, while two additional bedrooms can be found upstairs.

We loved this home for our annual girls weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed and the screened in porch was perfect. Great location for morning walks to the beach. We can’t wait to come back next year.

The home was clean and within walking distance to the beach. We were traveling with 3 generations of family including an infant & toddler. Unfortunately there were no beach toys, no portable crib, or high chair. We ate the majority of the meals there & noted that the kitchen supplies were very sparse. We flew in from 2 different states so we were unable to bring all the baby items and the kitchen supplies needed. I also found it odd that there was a washer/dryer but no laundry detergent available. We enjoyed our time at the home but having some of these items available would have made for an even better stay.

Overall, our experience was very good. The house was generally in good shape and clean. The spaces fit our needs while escaping the Midwest winter cold. Minor items needed attention from time to time. The maintenance team was responsive and dealt with each item in a timely fashion.We have used Island Realty in the past and will continue to do so.
