Live life just a block away from the beach in this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that's also just a short walk to the Isle of Palms Marina! With must-have features like a screened-in porch and outdoor beach shower, this home is great for a relaxing escape to Isle of Palms. This property has also been updated, and features highlights like new bathrooms, custom built twin bunk beds and added ceiling fans on the porch!

Arrive at the home to be greeted by the lush exterior of the property, with lots of greenery and gorgeous landscaping with carefully crafted pathways to stroll around and enjoy the yard. Beneath the house there's several spots to relax and hang out, with covered seating spanning from lounge chairs to outdoor dining sets. You'll also find a full bathroom beneath the house, along with the beach shower.

Inside the home you'll find the main living area, offering a variety of seating with a comfy sofa, two plush chairs, and 2 regular sitting chairs. A large flat screen TV offers a VCR and DVD player if you want to plan out a vacation movie night, and the home also offers cable and complimentary Wi-Fi. A charming dining table in this room sits against the wide windows, making it a great spot to take your meals in the natural light.

Continue and you'll discover the fully equipped kitchen, where you can be the chef as much or as little as you'd like—whether it's just your morning coffee or you're making dinners from scratch each night. Sleek countertops and high-quality appliances give you all you need, while another smaller dining set in the kitchen creates an ideal spot to enjoy quick snacks.

There are two outside areas upstairs, one screened-in porch and an open-air deck with a gas grill. The screened-in porch is furnished with a lounge set and outdoor dining.

In the three bedrooms, you'll find the master with queen bed and private entrance to the screened in porch, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third features two bunk beds (4 XL twin mattresses). With laundry beneath the house, this home has all the features you could want for a getaway to the coast!

Please note: One bathroom & the washer/dryer is located underneath the house and you must walk outside to access them.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are considered with a $300 pet fee (per pet), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Maximum of 2 Dogs Allowed. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO ANIMALS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if an animal is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.

This property is absolutely amazing! The first thing you see is the beautiful tree in the front, followed by stunning landscaping all throughout. The house was perfect for our family (including our 5 kids). Everyone had enough space. There are tables and chairs EVERYWHERE, so no matter where you are on the property, you can sit down, enjoy a cup of coffee, write a few pages in a diary, eat a meal with the family, whatever you want! It's fully stocked with all of the basics for cooking, making drinks and every day life needs. My family and I LOVED the huge screened-in porch, as it gave us the freedom to enjoy outside without dealing with mosquitoes and flies. We absolutely loved the location (just a 5 minute walk to the beach). I can only praise this house and how much we enjoyed it!

The property we rented at IOP has a beautiful, well cared for yard. The outside areas are nice, as well as the wonderful screened in porch. It reminds me of an old bungalow. However - The cleanliness was so disappointing. The bathroom has mildew around the tub and the tube mat is mildewed as well. There was mildew on the bathroom ceiling and on the baseboards by the bathroom door. The air filter vents are filthy and need to be cleaned. Since the coast is a naturally moist/humid place it would seem that taking care of mildew issues would part of the regular cleaning. The mattress pads were stained, dirty and disgusting. (Of course I didn't see that until I stripped the beds before checkout, after having slept on that all week!) The bed coverings need to be laundered as well, not just the linens and towels. These cleaning issues should be part of a regular routine after each guests' stay, especially during these times of COVID.
