29 Twin Oaks is a completely renovated cottage to match Charleston's chic, coastal design. This family-friendly rental is located on beautiful Isle of Palms, in the heart of private Wild Dunes Resort. It's a 3 bedroom cottage equipped to sleep 6 guests comfortably, with space for two additional guests on a pull out sofa. The kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and has been fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve family meals. Rich heart of pine floors flow throughout the cottage and the open living spaces.
Primary Bedroom is spacious with large king bed. Ensuite bathroom has walk-in shower and new tile flooring. Bedroom 2 is a guest room, housing a queen sized bed. Twin beds in Bedroom 3 ensure everyone has comfortable sleeping arrangements. The guest room and kids room share a newly renovated tiled bathroom. All new bedding has been added throughout the cottage. Fresh, high-quality linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.
Relax between two living areas with large screen TVs. The screen porch is located off the sunroom and makes a perfect setting for those lazy summer nights with the family. Challenge your guests to a friendly game of ping pong. Grill dinner on the BBQ grill. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun beach day. Enjoy the quiet and secluded area of the Twin Oaks neighborhood.
Please note Wild Dunes Resort no longer allows resort amenity access. This does not include complex amenities. You can still play Golf, use all bike paths, and enter all restaurants or shops in Wild Dunes. There is a recreational center located on 28th Avenue on Isle of Palms with basketball courts, soccer fields, tennis, and pickleball. *If pool access is necessary there are two recreational pools in Mount Pleasant (15 min drive) that you can pay to access*

Great cottage - pictures were very accurate.
Having 3 children Ed really enjoyed the two large large sofas in the separate living room. The two dining tables were also a a nice edition. Out you get child enjoyed riding her bike in the quiet c

First, the positives: The property was absolutely wonderful and well kept. In fact, the house exceeded our expectations! The property is located in a beautiful community, and it is a very quick and pleasant walk to the beach and also to nearby restaurants and shops.
The check-in process was great, and the property management company left very nice items for us ($100 gift card, sunscreen, etc). Again, this exceeded our expectations!
Unfortunately, however, we did see a large cockroach scamper across the floor one evening. Fortunately, we were able to catch it and release it outside. When we came back inside, we asked our son where the cockroach came from and he pointed to an area between the kitchen and master bedroom. We looked on the floor where he pointed and saw another smaller cockroach dead under a small table. I contacted the property management company via text regarding the cockroaches (with a picture of the dead cockroach), and they replied stating they would send the pest control company out the next day (the day of our departure). I don’t know what I expected to hear from the property management company, but I was surprised at how cavalier their response seemed to be. If not for the cockroaches, I would definitely give this property a 5-star review.
