The home's layout -- with a spacious living room as well as a sunroom with a wall mounted smart TV -- provides lots of separate seating areas for your group to gather together or split off into smaller groups. You'll be close to the beach but feel like you have your own private oasis, as Tees and Tides is tucked away in a quiet & relaxing residential neighborhood.

Guests enter Tees and Tides by walking up the playful, rainbow-colored exterior staircase to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen and sunroom. You will also find the hallway that leads to the home's three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You may access the back porch through the sunroom.
Please note there is no pool access with this home.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Pets are not permitted at any time. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. We stayed at Love Bloom Here in March and had a wonderful time! The house was very comfortable and perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. My husband loved how close the golf course was, and our kids had so much fun riding bikes on the nearby trails. Great restaurants and shops were just minutes away. Such a relaxing and easy beach vacation — we’d definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this home — it truly checks every box. The location is perfect: just a short walk to a gorgeous, uncrowded stretch of beach, and within easy walking distance of great shops, bars, and restaurants. It’s also just a quick drive to several outstanding golf courses, making it a great spot for both relaxation and recreation.
The house itself is incredibly spacious, with large open rooms and soaring vaulted ceilings that make it feel bright and airy. The furnishings are top-notch — stylish, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Every space, from the living room to the bedrooms, felt inviting and thoughtfully designed.
It’s the perfect setup for families or groups who want room to spread out while still being close to everything Isle of Palms has to offer. We loved every minute here and would absolutely stay again!

I stayed at a rental house in Wild Dunes on Isle of Palms and i absolutely loved it. 5 stars for sure. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as walks to the stores and places to enjoy meals. The house was very clean and welcoming. I was there for golfing with friends, but will hope to return with my daughters in the future.

This house is well furnished and laid out. The beds are all comfy. Little details like a spray nozzle on the hose and liquid soap at the sinks showed the hosts really cared about creating a home away from home. We loved the way access to the beach, this will be the go to house for our family of 5.
