As of May 2020: Brand new kitchen, 4th bedroom, 3rd bathroom, and new flooring through most of home. Having a beach access point conveniently located across the street, this home is sure to please. Both you and your dog will love enjoying the Charleston sun from the comfort of the sundeck with a retractable in awning and the large fenced in yard. Additional features of this property include a three car garage, no carpeting, gas grill, and Wi-Fi.

Loved the fenced in yard so our dogs could be off the leashes. The dining room table was perfect for our candlelight dinners. The walk to the beach was so easy. Would definitely stay there again!!

We surprised our mom with a family trip to Charleston for her 80th birthday. This house was perfect for our large family as there were 4 bedrooms. Everything is extremely nice and clean and they have everything you could ever need in their kitchen!
