8 Morgan's Cove Ct. invites you to experience your dream beach vacation in this 3-bedroom/3-1/2 bath home. This property is just a few blocks away from the Isle of Palms Marina and Islander 71 restaurant. You will have full access to the Morgan’s Cove community pool less than 50 yards from the backyard. This property is located a short half mile, or 4 blocks, from the beach and also includes a street legal LSV golf cart with the rental.
This stunning vacation retreat will delight your family to create memories that will last a lifetime. The floor plan is perfect with a large kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Your family can choose to dine together at the large table in the dining area, breakfast area or kitchen island. There is also an outside dining area beside the grill with a stone floor and teak table that seats 6. The large family room features a large screen flat TV, a sleeper sofa and leads to a furnished screened in porch.
8 Morgan's Cove features three bedrooms each with an en-suite bath and flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with both spacious shower and soaking tub. The master bedroom has a deck overlooking the backyard and pool.
Wild Dunes has over 7 miles of paved bike/walking paths, golf courses designed by Tom Fazio and a luxurious spa.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to liability and insurance regulations fireplace use is not permitted.
MAXIMUM 3 VEHICLES PERMITTED. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.
Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays, Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out.
Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest. All linens are professionally laundered offsite.
Bed Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Please note - The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

The house was just as pictured. We enjoyed all the amenities and especially the golf cart and swimming pool. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved the house and manager was in touch if we had any issues. Only issue with Wild Dunes is the gate, the residential gate security and not great, we wait MANY times to get through due to issues. House and pool were great, and you can walk to the marina and restaurant.

The place was exactly as advertised and was very clean. It was perfect for our family vacation. The owners recently added a 6 person golf cart for use and we found this EXTREMELY valuable during our stay. The location was good inside Wild Dunes resort and we enjoyed the beach, the small community pool as well as the larger Wild Dunes pools for a nice variety throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
