Great Family Friendly 5 bedroom home located on a corner lot. Only two blocks from the IOP marina and close to the beach. This home is boat friendly with easy access to the IOP Boat Ramp. You will love how this home can accommodate a very large family or even 2 families wanting to vacation together. The dining area seats 14 including the bar at the kitchen counter and the living area provides ample seating with its large open floor plan.The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare large meals including Thanksgiving dinner!
The floor plan has a terrific layout giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind. The screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet moment or pick a rocker on the front porch and take in the early morning sun. The private deck upstairs also provides a great place to get away or to sunbathe. The upstairs master is large enough for a small family with the queen bed, pullout sleeper sofa and a Pack N' Play! In addition to the 3 queen bedrooms your kids will love the BUNK room! With the trundle included this room easily sleeps 5!
The garage area provides covered parking for 4 vehicles and don't forget your BOAT! Your kids will also love the basketball goal in the driveway so make sure to bring your basketball too.

Property was clean and was accurate to pictures. Clean and property owner was extremely responsive. Walking distance to beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Great great place. 2 blocks from beach House is very accommodating. Kitchen has everthing you need. We had a small issue with hot water and Ryan fixed it immediately. Staff at Sweetgrass is awesome. The house is older but so do much charm. You can tell that the family that ownes it loves it and so do we.

Loved the house location and the house itself was good but the cleaning was not it at all. Showers and bathroom was not clean. Dishes dirty. Was not what the pics look like. The mailbox was leaning , a rocking chair broke,blinds off one side of front door. Basketball hoop fell and barely missed our truck and the golf cart . So I just laid it down for the rest of the stay. We did have a great time though no matter what.
