The living area is 48 square meters and is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. The stylish living-dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows. From the cozy sofa, which is a pull-out, you have a view of the lagoon meadows. The dining table with four chairs is perfect for shared meals. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is high-quality and fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, range hood, dishwasher, and more. The living room also features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, Sky TV, and a stereo system. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe ensures a restful night’s sleep. For small children, the apartment is equipped with a high chair and a travel crib. There is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, you can use a washing machine and dryer for a fee. You can park your car for free at the building.
