About this house rental
The left half of the house, “Findling,” offers 128 square meters of living space spread over two floors, a furnished terrace, and a south-facing garden with an unobstructed view of the Bodden—providing plenty of space for a relaxing vacation for young and old alike. Special attention was paid to the spaciousness of the rooms and the tasteful decor in warm, natural tones with a maritime character.
On the first floor is the spacious, high-quality living and dining room with a large dining table that seats up to 8 people. You can wind down at the end of the day on the living room couch by the fireplace. Entertainment is provided by an LCD TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. Wi-Fi is, of course, also available in the house free of charge.
The high-quality kitchenette, harmoniously integrated into the living area, features a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and various small kitchen items that round out the kitchen’s amenities.
One of the four bedrooms is located on the first floor and is furnished with a rattan bed (140 cm x 200 cm). A modern shower room with a walk-in shower (1.00 m x 1.00 m), a toilet, and the “Findling” sink is also located on the first floor.
All doors on the first floor have a clearance width of approximately 95 cm, which underscores the spacious character of the house. Taller guests will appreciate the 210 cm door clearance as well as the extra-long double bed in one of the upper bedrooms.
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for free use. An additional chair for small children is also available.
There are three additional bedrooms on the upper floor. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a 180-cm-wide double bed (one of which is 220 cm extra-long) and a flat-screen TV in each. And if you have urgent work to do while on vacation, you can take care of it at the desk with a chair in one of these bedrooms. The third bedroom features a corner bunk bed with two single beds measuring 90x200 cm and a smaller desk with a chair. There is ample closet space in all bedrooms.
The spacious bathroom on this level features a walk-in shower (1.00 m x 1.00 m), a bathtub, and a private sauna. A spacious wash area, as well as a toilet and bidet, are also included.
The entire non-smoking house is equipped with underfloor heating. There are also no additional charges for calls to German landlines. The in-house photovoltaic system generates green electricity. Please note: For safety reasons, charging electric vehicles via household outlets is not permitted and may result in a fee of 500 euros.

This semi-detached home is suitable for 1–7 people but can also accommodate up to 8. The two non-smoking units can be booked individually or together as a complete house!
Good to know:
• Each half of the duplex has 2 parking spaces available directly in front of the house. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bike shed.
• Please bring your own firewood, or you can purchase it at local stores.
• A refundable security deposit of 100 euros is required for this half of the duplex.
