Relaxation with a view of the Baltic Sea in the middle of the dunes by the sea with sauna, fireplace, whirlpool and Wi-Fi in a family-friendly holiday home.
Our holiday house "Schatzkiste" is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the Biosphere Reserve in
Absolutely quiet location in the coastal forest of Baabe and almost directly on the fine sandy beach.
On the beautiful beach promenade with separate foot and bike path, not far from the house
, You can go Göhren or Sellin both on foot or by bike
to reach. All the prerequisites for a memorable hike or
Biking into the impressive nature of the Mönchgut peninsula or into the Granitz. Also a
Beach walk to the nearby imposing pier in Sellin is at any time of the year
impressively.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - Euro is due.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
In the summer are of course long beach days at the incomparable sandy beach

Das große Ferienhaus ist wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt und sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe gelegen. Die große Terrasse vorm Haus mit Blick zum Meer und Wald lädt immer zum Relaxen ein. Auch im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man täglich für eine große Familie braucht.

Seit mehr als 15 Jahre fahren wir nach Baabe. Doch dieses Jahr mußten wir feststellen, daß es mit der Sauberkeit der Anlage schlecht bestellt ist. Da sollte schnellstens Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Da wir schon mehrmals in Baabe erholsame Tage in einem der Ferienhäuser verbracht haben, fällt es uns nicht schwer, so ein komfortables Haus immer wieder zu mieten. Die Ausstattung ist optimal, die Lage hervorragend und die Umgebung fantastisch. Das Auto kann stehen bleiben und die Erkundungen zu Fuß sind Erholung pur. Einziges Manko diesmal war die nicht ganz perfekte Reinigung in wenigen Details. Nachdem wir uns selbst beholfen haben, gab es wieder den besten Erholungseffekt bei Superwetter, Sauna, Whirlpool, Kamin, anstandsloser Heizung, Terrasse und vielem mehr. Dafür herzlichen Dank und freundliche Grüße.

Es war alles so, wie wir es brauchten. Dazu die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison, die Insel von ihrer schönsten Seite!
