About this house rental
'Landseer 215'. The beautiful holiday house "Haus Landseer 215" is located in a quiet, maritime environment in Baabe on Rügen just a few steps from the sandy, flat and therefore child-friendly sandy beach of the Baltic Sea.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 6 people, each additional person pays 10, - € per night.
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh), water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) and gas (0.98 € per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.
Pets can be booked for an additional charge.

Our comfortable holiday home has an open kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob. Adjacent are living room and open dining area. The three bedrooms invite you to dream. The bathroom with whirlpool and sauna on the ground floor, as well as a separate guest toilet on the upper floor complete the comfort. The terrace behind the house invites you to relax with patio furniture.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. Insect screens on the windows are available.
Our parking is only 20 meters from the house.
During a holiday in our holiday home on the island of Rügen, your dog will get his money's worth. Rügen has beautiful nature and miles of beaches. Since your dog can let off steam on vacation to your heart's content. For example, you can start the day with a long walk with your dog, even trips with your dog, nothing stands in the way, so you can visit many attractions without any obstruction.

Wir haben das Haus wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es gab ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Wenn man nicht gerade im Hochsommer dort ist, muss der Kaminofen genutzt werden, um im Wohnzimmer nicht zu erfrieren. Das Bad unten ist sehr schön und großzügig, während die Dusche oben eher für kleine Leute bestimmt ist. Klar, das Haus steht mitten im Wald. Trotzdem sollte vielleicht etwas gegen die Ameisen in der Küche unternommen werden. Wir haben schlussendlich ALLES im Kühlschrank aufbewahren müssen. Was ich in organisatorischer Hinsicht persönlich als nicht so schön empfand, waren die vielen Zusatzkosten, die im Nachhinein noch zusammenkamen (z.B. für jeden Kopfkissenbezug und jedes Handtuch - das hätte für mich von Anfang an im Preis enthalten sein können).

Das Haus liegt super schön direkt hinter der Düne. So war auch die Abkühlung im Meer nach der Sauna täglich drin. Kommen gern wieder

Ich habe einige Fotos über das Haus Landseer gemacht. Der Zustand ist abgewöhnt und es ist zwingend eine Generalreinigung erforderlich, die Reinigung nur zu den Übergaben sind zu oberflächlich. Ich werde in Zusammenarbeit mit meinem Rechtsanwalt Entschädigung für fehlende Zusagen und die Sauberkeit fordern. Man kann nicht kurzfristig im Angebot ausgewiesene Geräte nicht einfach nicht mehr ersetzen, denn der Kunde stellt sich darauf ein. So habe wir auch Frischfleisch eingeschweißt und kein Grill war da nur noch die Gebrauchsanweisung. Auch zur Sauberkeit kann ich nur raten den Beauftragten mehr in die Pflicht zu nehmen. Auch die Infomappe war dermaßen Abgenutzt und mit Flüssigkeit überschüttet worden das man sich ekeln musste. Ich werde mit meinem Rechtsanwalt eine Gutschrift einfordern und erbitte sie mir den Eigentümer zu benennen, das mein Anwalt direkt Kontakt mit ihm aufnehmen kann. Ich habe bereits während meines Aufenthalts die Agentur informiert. Fotos und Zeugen(Nachbar) werden unsere Angaben bestätigen.
