"Sea wind 217". This comfortable holiday home is located in Strandpark Ostseebad Baabe in an exclusive location. Enjoy the fantastic scenery of sea, beach, dune and forest. One of the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea is just a few meters at your doorstep. The beach is wide, fine-sanded and offers a shallow access to the water, so that even the little ones can bathe carefree.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - Euro is due.
In the place Baabe you go 5 minutes on foot. There you will find many pretty little shops, restaurants and cafes. Here you can discover something new every day. In the evening, wellness in the whirlpool and the sauna - peace and quiet to let your body and soul "hang out". Combined with the healthy, maritime stimulating climate of the island and our lavish allergy-friendly house, you have the opportunity to leave stress and bustle at home.
As the Baabe seaside resort, located in a shallow bay, benefits from a low-pollutant climate, clean sea air and mild moderate winds, the natural conditions for allergy sufferers are absolutely ideal.
In summer you can have breakfast on the terrace "in the green", in winter with an exciting book and a tea in the gallery, enjoy the view of the snowy pines, or end the day with a good glass of red wine in front of the stove. All this and much more is offered by our beautiful beach house "Seewind".
Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed. An electric grill is available and can be found in the shed.
In the Baabe region and on the island of Rügen you will find a variety of business opportunities. What you should not miss: 1. Pool "Inselparadies" in the neighboring village of Sellin with 600 square meters of indoor and outdoor water, water slide (100 m) 2. Karls strawberry farm Rövershagen (B 6 east of Rostock), Germany's largest adventure farm invites you! World's largest collection of coffee pots, Karl's free Kindertobeland, go-kart track, petting zoo, ice sculptures in winter (Charles's Ice Age), smoked fish, bread / cakes from our own production. Third Ride with the 'Rasender Roland', Germany's oldest narrow-gauge railway. 4th Steamboat trip to Hiddensee. 5th Hunting Lodge 'Granitz'. 6th The Hanseatic city of Stralsund with the old town 7. Miniature Park Gingst / Rügen world-famous buildings in miniature, especially suitable for children. 8th. Störtebeker Festival Ralswiek (only in the summer months). 9th Princely residence of Putbus with Orangerie and Tierpark 10. Cafe gossip with Andreas's homemade cake next to the Kurhaus in Baabe.

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage im Ferienhaus und konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Toll ist die Ausstattung und Lage des Ferienhaus. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus war schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war super und direkt am Meer mit schönem Sandstrand. In der Umgebung kann man einige Unternehmungen machen (auch mit kleinen Kindern).

Eine Traumwoche an der Ostsee, Glück gehabt jeden Tag Sonne, die kann man natürlich nicht buchen, aber das Haus ist ein Traum.
Nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand ist es kein Problem wenn man etwas vergessen hat, oder mal eine Pause von der Sonne machen möchte. Auch die Innenausstattung ist toll, (mit PlayStation für den einzigen verregneten Vormittag zur Freude der Kinder) und ein iPod Radio, dass die ganze Familie zufrieden machte weil die alten und neuen iPhones angedockt werden konnten.
Ein Dank an die Vermieter für ein nettes Haus, wir kommen wieder.

Wir fahren schon seit vielen Jahren nach Baabe, ein so ungepflegtes Haus hatten wir aber noch nicht.
Wie schon andere Bewertungen aussagen, liegt das Objekt sehr schön. Allerdings ist es schon ziemlich abgewohnt und unsauber. Auffällig sind insbesondere Flecken auf dem Sofabezug, dreckiges Geschirr, Dreckweben im Haus ( z. B. Balken oberhalb des Esstisches), die Duschkabine ist gerade im Scharnierbereich schmuddelig, die Ein- und Auslässe des Whirlpools haben dunkle Ränder, vom Badschrank löst sich das Dekor, die Kaffeemaschine schaltet sich von selbst ab, der Abfluss der Dusche läuft nur sehr langsam ab (keine Reparatur trotz Anzeige), im Kaminofen fehlt der Drehrost und im Whirlpool war der Stopfen vom Abfluss kaputt, man konnte ihn nicht richtig schließen, so dass der Whirlpool nicht nutzbar war (auch hier keine Mängelbeseitigung trotz Anzeige). Angesichts des Preises, der für das Objekt aufgerufen wird, kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen bisher gemieteten Häusern ist dieses auch recht lieblos eingerichtet. Auch ist das Schlafzimmer im EG sehr dunkel und man hat Mühe zu erkennen, was in den Schränken liegt. Überhaupt ist angesichts der Unmengen sonstiger Sachen in den Schränken kaum Platz für die eigenen Klamotten. Wir mussten hier erstmal umräumen und alles woanders hinpacken, um genügend Platz für unsere Sachen zu haben. Gleichwohl bleibt der Dünenpark für uns ein super Urlaubsort, aber dieses Objekt wird nicht mehr.
