About this house rental
The non-smoking vacation home “Kojenhus” on the right has approximately 130 m² of living space spread over two levels, with 4 bedrooms and a very special living atmosphere. It features a furnished terrace and a small balcony facing northwest, offering a beautiful view of the Hagensche Wieck lagoon and the harbor of Gager. The balcony and terrace furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
There is one parking space at the house and storage space for your bicycles in a small shed. Additional paid parking spaces are available about 20 meters away in the public parking lot at the harbor.
The first floor features a large living room with a built-in kitchen that is visually separated from the living area. The living/dining area features a large dining table “in the nook” that seats 8 people, a spacious sofa area with a wood-burning stove (please bring your own firewood), a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and various small appliances that round out the excellent amenities.
A Wi-Fi internet connection is available free of charge.
On the first floor, you’ll also find a modern bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and an infrared sauna, as well as a bedroom with a double bed.
Upstairs, beneath cozy sloping ceilings, are the other three bedrooms and the second bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed; the other two bedrooms each have two single beds arranged one behind the other and access to the approximately 3.5 m² balcony, perfect for enjoying the evening sun.
All 4 bedrooms in the house have their own flat-screen TV.
This non-smoking house is ideal for groups of 1–8 people. One well-behaved dog is also welcome upon prior notice and for a fee.
