Apartment 02 “Wellenkrone”
This 5-room apartment is located on the upper floor of this beautiful house and has approximately 130 m² of living space. Throughout the house, modern technology blends with a rustic aesthetic in the colors and furnishings. The white interior doors with profiled frames and door panels, as well as the light gray wooden windows with matching window sills, give the apartment a very personal touch.
The high-quality kitchen, harmoniously integrated into the living area and featuring a modern champagne-beige finish, includes a refrigerator with freezer, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a quiet dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, toaster, bread and cold-cut slicer, and various small utensils to round out the kitchen’s amenities. The large pantry offers ample storage space for your vacation provisions.
The floors in the living and kitchen areas feature floor tiles in a warm brown tone, which, like all other rooms, are equipped with adjustable underfloor heating. For those cozy weeks, there’s a CONTURA wood-burning stove with a heat-storage function in a matching tiled finish.
The apartment has a total of four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each, and the fourth with a single bed; all feature ample closet space for your wardrobe, as well as country-style hardwood floors. Two of the four bedrooms each have an additional flat-screen TV from LÖWE.
The two light-filled bathrooms are tiled with Villeroy [&] Boch tiles and equipped with modern fixtures, each featuring a large sink, a walk-in glass shower, and a toilet. The larger of the two bathrooms also features a bathtub, while the smaller one has a bidet.
A washing machine is available in a separate room and can be used by all guests for a fee!

The absolute highlight is the stunning view of the Bodden—no matter where you are on the property! You’ll find lounge chairs for relaxing in the garden in the back area by the natural stone wall.
