With its variety of leisure activities such as hiking, cycling, horseback riding, fishing, and sailing, Alt-Reddevitz and the "Reethaus am Boddenblick" holiday complex are popular with nature lovers. The natural beach in Alt-Reddevitz is ideal for a refreshing swim. The shallow waters of Hagensche Wiek are also suitable for young children. The sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea resorts Sellin, Göhren, and Baabe are about 3–5 km away and can be reached via well-maintained cycle paths.
