On the first floor, you’ll find three rooms, including two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa area and dining area, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker; dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are also provided. A wood-burning stove ensures cozy evenings, while Wi-Fi and a TV are available for relaxing moments. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest restroom. You can enjoy the outdoors on the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture. The property is smoke-free, children are welcome, and private parking is available. The ocean and a restaurant are each about 150 meters away, and a bus stop is approximately 200 meters away. The nearest sandy beach and shopping options are each about four kilometers away; therefore, a car is recommended. The surrounding area offers opportunities for walks, bike rides, hikes, swimming, and numerous other excursions.

It is over 4 kilometers long and only between 200 and 500 meters wide. Nestled within the Greifswald Bodden, the peninsula belongs to the municipality of Mönchgut and lies in the heart of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve.

At every well-known corner, glass fish glisten in the sunlight, making the town shine. During the summer months, you can visit the school museum in Middelhagen. And if you’ve ever wondered what school was like nearly 100 years ago, here’s your chance. From June through August, historical school lessons (by appointment) take place here Tuesday through Sunday.
