Haus Marikkendörp is a lovingly furnished vacation home in the idyllic fishing village of Mariendorf on the Mönchgut Peninsula. It’s the perfect place to relax and an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions! The beaches and neighboring Baltic Sea resorts are just a short distance away.
Your temporary home offers approximately 160 m² of living space spread over two levels. A spacious south-facing terrace, a balcony for enjoying the evening sun, and the very large garden promise idyllic moments.
A breakfast pavilion on a raised section of the sloping property is accessible via paved steps and offers a wonderful view over the house toward Hagensche Wieck.
On the first floor of the house, you’ll find a very spacious living room, a separate large kitchen, and a guest restroom.
From the entryway, you walk through the large hallway into the comfortably furnished living area, which, at approximately 30 m², features a lovely sofa corner, a flat-screen TV, and a mini stereo system—all perfect for relaxing. The spacious lounge sofa in front of the open fireplace is perfect for cozy moments in front of the crackling fire.
The large south-facing terrace is equipped with high-quality patio furniture, sun loungers, and a grill.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and various small appliances that round out the excellent amenities. This is also where you’ll find the dining table for 4 people.
All rooms on this level are tiled and feature underfloor heating that can be individually adjusted in each room. This means you can enjoy a cozy vacation even during the cooler months. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The hallway/gallery on the upper floor is furnished with an additional couch that can be used as an open sleeping area for two more people.
The upper floor houses the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. Both bedrooms feature modern laminate flooring and each has a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, as well as ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has an additional flat-screen TV.
From one of the bedrooms, you have access to the large, furnished balcony facing west, from which you can enjoy the sunset.

The Marikkendörp house is ideal for 1–4 people, but can also be booked for up to 6 people thanks to the sleeper sofa on the upstairs hallway gallery. Out of consideration for future guests, smoking indoors and bringing pets are not permitted.
