Apartment 2: Surrounded by the picture-perfect landscape of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, this enchanting, non-smoking vacation home awaits you with approximately 103 m² of living space spread over two levels.
One of the special highlights of your vacation home is the spacious, partially covered terrace facing northwest, featuring comfortable wicker furniture or a beach chair to snuggle into. It’s simply wonderful to relax here and enjoy the view of the nearby Bodden. The meadow in front of the house is fenced in, so you can let your children and pets play outside without worry.
On the first floor, this well-maintained house features a spacious living room equipped with a coffee table, a cozy sofa nook with a wood-burning stove, a large-screen flat-panel TV, and a stereo system with a CD player. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Firewood is available in the shed (pay as you go) or can be purchased at local stores.
The pull-out sofa area or two extra beds on the upper floor can be used to accommodate two additional guests.
The separate kitchen with a dining table is fully equipped with a modern kitchenette. It includes, among other things, a refrigerator, freezer, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and plenty of small kitchenware. Next to the kitchen is an utility room with a washer and dryer available for free use.
