Spread over two floors, the house features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a children’s room with two single beds, two bathrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate dining area, as well as an utility room and a storage room.
The living room, furnished with solid wood furniture, a comfortable sofa, and adjustable recliners, offers a very special atmosphere for relaxation and rest after an eventful day. With a crackling fire in the fireplace, you can reminisce about the day’s adventures with your family.
The living room and both bedrooms are each equipped with a flat-screen TV. With the internet radio hi-fi system featuring a CD/DVD/USB player, you can tailor your evening entertainment to your liking.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, waffle iron, hand blender, and all necessary dishes. The separate dining table offers space for the whole family. The partially covered terrace in front of the living room is perfect for relaxed outdoor meals. You can also use the charcoal grill to prepare a hearty meal.
On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, towel dryer, sink, and hair dryer. The upstairs bathroom is additionally equipped with a rain shower, massage shower, and a bathtub. The bathrooms, featuring elegant teak wood tiles, perfectly complement the special ambiance of the space.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), two nightstands with lamps, a radio alarm clock, a dresser, a smart TV, a closet, a safe, a wicker armchair, and a valet stand.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), two nightstands with lamps, a travel crib (60 x 120 cm), a radio alarm clock, a wardrobe, a seating area (2 armchairs, 1 table), a reading lamp, a bookshelf with books, a clothes rack, and a smart TV.
The children’s room features two beds (90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, two nightstands with reading lamps, two stools, and a bookshelf with children’s books.
Good to know:
• All rooms have underfloor heating powered by an eco-friendly air-to-water heat pump and can be darkened with blinds or roller shades. The windows in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room are equipped with insect screens.
• A washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available in the utility room. Use of the electric dryer is subject to a fee (coin-operated machine).
• For our youngest guests, a changing table, a children’s chair, a high chair, a stair gate, a handcart, a stroller, and a travel crib are available.
• Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicles at the on-site wallbox (for a fee).
