At the very top of the beach villa Baabe lies the beautiful holiday apartment, beach villa Baabe 24a - Nordlicht '. On a good 70 square meters you will find everything your heart desires. Located close to the beach, this apartment offers the ultimate in class, with sauna, whirlpool and underfloor heating for up to 6 people.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge (incl. Freezer), induction hob, dishwasher, cooking utensils and crockery. Also you are here a coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, kettle, blender and spices and tea services / sieve available. In the bright dining area with six chairs and a age appropriate adjustable highchair.
Enjoy quiet hours of relaxation in the sauna and Jacuzzi. In the bathroom, also a walk-in shower, a vanity mirror with lighting and a hair dryer are available. Let the evening end comfortably in the living room and get the entertainment media provided. Here you will find a TV (SmartHub with Video on Demand), a stereo system (DAB and Internet radio) and a game console, which allows you to play DVD's and CD's as well. Board games and books for adults and children, DVDs and console games are available for you. An Internet access via WLAN is available free of charge.
In two comfortable bedrooms you will find a double bed and wardrobe. In addition, the apartment has a sofa bed with mattress and full-fledged slatted frame. Throughout the attic the roof windows are lighttightly Blinds and can be automatically opened by remote control.
Other amenities include a washing machine, a clothes horse, iron and ironing board, toilet paper, vacuum cleaner, wiper, 5L bucket, dustpan and broom, as well as local maps available.
Outside, you can enjoy on the balcony with garden furniture the partial sea view. Guests will also find a garden and a barbecue at the house.
In the apartment Children are welcome. One bedroom is designed as a family room and it is in contact with it a fully-fledged children's children-rod bed and a changing table. We have provided for you children's books, high chair, a stair gate and a children-rod bed. In addition, the apartment is equipped with socket guards and has a footstool, so the little ones come to the sink. In about 20 m distance there is a children's playground.
The apartment is located in the 3rd Upstairs. The balcony faces west.
The apartment can be rented together with the apartment beach Villa Baabe 24th This can stay on 140 sqm and 4 bedrooms up to 12 people.
From the apartment 24 which can be reached with the hotel's own lift, you reach via a few steps into the apartment 24a (2 separate entrances).
In the vicinity you will find: a bicycle rental (200 m), beach chair rental (100 m), boat and sailing hire (100 m), swimming pool in Sellin (2 km), mini golf in Göhren (3 km).

Die Wohnung war toll, genau wie beschrieben. Die Betreuung vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich (Vermieter und Objektbetreuer). Der Buchungsvorgang und die Kommunikation mit FeWo direkt waren unterirdisch!!

Trotz zwei Kleinigkeiten (Bettbezug fehlte und Balkonmöbel verdreckt) war es eine sehr schöne und große Wohnung inkl. großer Sauna. Die zwei Fehler wurden zügig behoben. Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haben nichts vermisst. Aber bitte mal nach den elektrisch zu öffnenden Fenster schauen. Das einzige welches funktionierte war im Bad. Ansonsten war alles super.
