Located next to the historic Mouraria district, Olarias Terrace apartments are the perfect starting point to explore Lisbon’s most authentic neighborhoods. Wander through narrow cobbled streets, discover hidden viewpoints, and experience the charm of the traditional city. Several historical landmarks are within walking distance, with easy access to public transportation, including the metro and the iconic Tram 28.

Good to know:
The apartments are set in a traditional building without an elevator. They combine charm and authenticity with a few quirks: creaky wooden floors, interior bathrooms, and street noise. There is no air conditioning, but fans and heaters are provided. Parking is paid and limited on the surrounding streets. The building is located at the top of a hill — comfortable footwear is recommended. Some units include a small outdoor area, accessible through other apartments and not fully private. Construction work nearby may cause some daytime noise.

A warning that we did not check if this apartment has A/C and it does not- we have a small child, but even as adults while we were in Lisbon it is on the top floor and is far too hot to sleep (in late May). We left and went to a hotel after 1 night of a 4 night stay- and the host did not offer any kind of refund. I wouldn't recommend.
