This is a good apartment for a couple, well located and equipped. Excellent, helpful communication throughout. Sadly we had poor weather and it became clear that the apartment is better suited to warm, dry weather. There are radiators that can be plugged in, but the building is damp and the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom meant that it became increasingly difficult to dry clothes and towels. We certainly don't blame you for the weather, but would recommend installing an extractor fan and some internal coat hooks and towel rails.
