Central Lisbon Apartment near Príncipe Real & Avenida da Liberdade - TTL308

Liked the location, it was clean and staff were very accommodating for an early check-in. check-in Instructions were clear. Apartment size was good.

There were some shelves in the bedroom near the bed and we hit our head twice on it. Bathroom was too tiny and linen was of very average quality. No instructions how to use washer and dryer.

The view is great,small smart apartment.

Unfortunately the second week of October 2025 the neighbor was renovating, so we had to alter our daily activities.

La vue magnifique 🤩 L’emplacement à deux pas de l’artère principale, Rue de la liberté. La facilité pour accéder à l’appartement. Tout pour passer un agréable séjour.

-The location is absolutely amazing, great view to the city and the castle. Quiet neighborhood. -Spacious for 2 people. -fully equipment (it has even laundry machine and a dishwasher and all equipment you can imagine to cook whatever you want) -the quality of the materials in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom is very good.

-Doesn't have A/C, only portable fan -in some areas it wasn't clean, we found an unknown black substance near the sofa (see photos) -the window of the bedroom couldn't be opened, in order to get some fresh air, only we could raise the shutter to get some light in. -the wifi wasn't good, we had to restart the router sometimes to have internet -one of the 2 electrical sockets in the bedroom isn't working -the hand soap dispenser had below 1cm of soap and the shower soap dispenser was totally empty. They had left to us only to small liquid soap and 1 small soap bar (see photos) -when we were taking a shower, the water from somewhere, was going out on the floor -the toilet brush was rusted and its cap was loosen (see photo) -the apartment had a feeling of that they keep items like a warehouse. e.g. there were 2 floor lamps in the bedroom in a place that wasn't any electrical socket to use them (one of them was rusty, see photo). there were some vases in the wardrobe. there were 2 toasters in a cabinet and various cleaning materials. -the kitchen roll base hadn't any roll and the tissue base hadn't any tissue. what they expect? to buy these ourselves? -the fridge had rusted spots (see photos) -they have espresso capsule machine, but not a single capsule! only 2 packs of chamomile and 2 packs of sugar. Everywhere else i have stayed they have capsules.
