Great location! We got the ground floor which was great since we had a lot of luggage. Very quiet at night! We arrived very early with our flight landing at 8am and the host was able to check us in early which was wonderful! The apt was pretty big and roomy.

Not a huge deal but there were no paper towels. Host does not always answer questions before booking. I hard a time trying to ask questions and getting a reply before booking.

Location was great.

We had some issues with the bathroom but the host came very fast to help us out.

Location is excellent. This point alone saves this property.

All issues raised are fixable but simply changing sheets and towels and cleaning the floor is not the only thing that needs attention. Respect the client. 1. Lack of response - Writing with specific questions on booking.com. I had no response to those questions. Okay thanks..was all I got. Presumably to appease the algorithm. 2. Visibly worn - I specifically chose this place because I wanted two sleeping beds. The sofa bed was well used, worn, stained and uncomfotable. As well the host was unaware I wanted the sofa bed even though I specifically requested information on this. Sheets were removed after day 3 for the sofabed after I requested a change of sheets. I re-requested and had zero response. 3. Low roof - the main sleeping area located in the roof has very low ceilings points meaning one person will be crawling out of the room. The space is literally a triangle. The highest point is less than 6 foot. 4. Kitchen - Microwave was dirty and had rust inside. Kettle, toaster and coffee machine needed cleaning. I suggest just buying a new set. The utensils needed cleaning as well as the draws. 5. Bathroom - Towel rail coming away from wall. Nail and wall plugs simply needs resetting and screwing in. 6. Internet details not easily available - should be displayed as standard and should simply be left by way of display cards.
