La reforma del apartamento y su aspecto renovado.
La limpieza. Al llegar había un fuerte olor a lejía, pero sin sensación de limpieza, además de la suciedad de la silla y la alfombra y algunos detalles de mantenimiento.

No one there to meet us, despite saying they would be.

Easy to check in and convenient location. Good beds. Good communication with hosts.
The stove was not working despite it being listed as a feature. The bathroom was not properly ventilated - our towels were always wet and the shower didn't drain well. The kitchen was stinky - had a strong smell of drain. Luckily we spent most of our day outdoors.
