About this apartment rental

Newly redecorated 2nd floor apartment with impressive views. Light and spacious rooms. The beautiful Malvern Hills can be accessed within a 10 minute walk up behind the apartment and the town of Great Malvern is in front of the apartment. Malvern Theatre, the park, Malvern Splash and Malvern College are all easy walking distance. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can either be taken in the fully fitted kitchen with comfortable table & seating for four a short stroll can be taken to one of Malvern's many cafes or restaurants. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. The five minute footpath to Waitrose in front of the apartment has lovely views as you walk down. The bed in the double bedroom can be separated from a double into twin beds by unzipping the mattresses and unhooking the base. The other room is a twin bedroom. All the mattresses are good quality and recently purchased with the aim of ensuring a good night;'s sleep! The duvets are feather with Egyptian cotton covers and pillow cases.In the bathroom you can either relax in the bath or stand in it and use the more invigorating shower over it.

The apartment was clean & comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. When given the address of the apartment a few days before our stay it would have been useful to be told that the key safe information would be given on the start day of the stay. A few points about the kitchen, a brief instruction sheet of how to use the oven & microwave would have been useful and also a measuring jug to use. I couldn't find channels on the TV, just apps, all we wanted was to watch the news. We were fortunate to always find on street parking not far from the apartment for late afternoon and night time and used the nearby pay & display for mornings when needed for daytime parking so we could see the town and shop in Malvern.

This flat was wonderful. The entry and stairwell to the flat is not the greatest, but once in the flat it is wonderful. Got to see some amazing sunrises and the views from the East side of the flat look over the valley. The Faun Cafe next door is great. Everything worked in the flat, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. It is not the most modern place, but it was very relaxing. Lucy was great and very responsive to questions. The trails to Beacon Hill were right up the road next to the building and there are plenty of places to get something to eat right outside the door. Parking is a bit of problem, but we found a lot not too far away that for 12 pounds you can park for a week. We basically left the car there for the weekend and walked everywhere. We all agreed we would stay here again.

We had the best holiday in Malvern, and finding this rental property was the start of it all. The flat is perfectly located for walking the hills, strolling through the village or connecting by rail, as we did, to the many charming towns and cities near by. Waitrose is just a few steps away and a fabulous bakery is just across the corner. The flat is very clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay, short or long. The views from the front and the back are so picturesque. The owners are kind and very responsive. I am happy to give this property my highest recommendation.

Second time staying here as the first time was excellent, and again the stay was excellent! Highly recommend. Spacious and clean apartment in a central location.
