Avoid getting conned

Avoid, host has had cheek to charge £250 for damaged property that I did not notice was broken and definitely was not broken during our stay! And did not even have courtesy to contact and discuss first!

Too comfy to go hiking, but we tried!

Absolutely lovely place! The apartment is spotless, bright and beautifully decorated — it feels warm and homely from the moment you walk in. Easy to find with clear check-in instructions and plenty of street parking nearby. The view from the window is lovely, and it’s just a short walk to the nearby hill — perfect for a morning walk or some quiet time in nature. Would definitely stay again!

Homely location was perfect for our needs.

Lots of bedding/towels/crockery/cutlery etc which made it great for a family to stay. Washing machine and airer etc very useful too.

Some ornaments weren’t really appropriate. Second set of keys would have been very useful!

Easy to find, facilities as described.

Musty smell on late arrival - lots of old mail inside front door....would've been nice to have it aired out prior to arrival. Due to amount of junk mail, had been a while since anybody there.

Wedding trip with Great Malvern as our base

Location, communication, everything you needed, outdoor space, shop two minutes. Easy walk into town. Fans helped us during a heatwave. Nags head pub great local few minutes walk. Also Retired Soldier with new owners and live music. Judy was excellent at communicating. Very easy to use lockbox also. This house is truly amazing and a real local gem in an area where there are very friendly neighbours. We kept quite if home late and the neighbours certainly appreciate this.

There is traffic at the front but no issue for us as used to this. Back bedroom very quite as alternative and big open window..

It was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was well located and had amenities nearby. It was easy to park on the road outside the house.

Ideal base for walking in the Malvern Hills close to great amenities

Great location. Very clean and hosts were receptive and helpful.

3rd bedroom mattress was very soft and the kitchen could have had more utensils and a tea towel.

The location

wish I could leave a good review however my stay didn't turn out that way. house is located on a very busy road, All we could hear was traffic! no cushions on a hard sofa unfortunately meant we couldn't relax after a hard day's walking. only one toilet down stairs, the grass in the garden reminded me of a jungle!

Excellent location and very comfortable

Lovely Victorian terraced house, well equipped and high quality tasteful decor. Attention to detail, including instructions. First class coffee machine! Comfortable beds with a range of pillows. Super location for exploring Malvern and the Malvern hills.

Stair carpet temporarily removed so stairs rather hazardous. Didn't realise when booking that there was no toilet upstairs, rather a disadvantage for us older guests.

Recommended accomodation for a stay in Malvern area

We had to find a place for our stay in Malvern area and we booked this accommodation. The house was wonderful, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we truly felt at home. The house is cozy, nicely decorated and fully equipped. It was at great experience, highly recommended!

All our expectations were met and we did not find anything we did not like during our stay

We had an amazing stay at Malvern Hills House. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is quiet and close to everything, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Really recommended, we will repeat again in our next stay in Malvern!

A cute, well equipped place to stay with easy access to everything and stunning scenery!

I love the style and feel of the property. It was a great locations being both between Malvern Link and Great Malvern. It was a shame it was a short stay as it was for business, but I did manage to explore a little bit. I can highly recommend staying and will be doing so the next time I see clients in the area!
