Two very minor things Could have done with a outdoor draft excluder and the light in the kitchen seating areas were very sensitive and kept turning on and off.

Cosy property, great location and friendly, helpful host. Highly recommended!

I was given codes prior to arrival but the owner was also waiting for me and helped me with parking and my bags. Lynne showed me round the property and was very friendly, accommodating and helpful and, as I was alone it was reassuring to know she was nearby in case of any queries. She provided helpful local knowledge and the property was exceptionally well-equipped, cosy and perfectly located for the hiking I had planned and its vicinity to town. Lovely continental breakfast was also provided. Locals were friendly and I ate dinner at the Nag’s Head, just a 15 min walk away. The food was tasty and reasonable and attentive service. I didn’t feel uncomfortable arriving and eating alone.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The property has been very carefully and respectfully designed within the confines of an historic building and setting with small roads.

Lovely self-contained flat, with all you could need for a few days away. Very comfortable bed. Small but handy kitchenette. Cosy lounge.

Unable to stay as it was pet friendly accomodation but not listed as such.

This was listed as a pets not welcome accommodation which was a requirement for me as I was travelling with someone with a pet allergy. On arrival the welcome booklet stated it was pet friendly and within 5-10 mins of being at the property they had an allergic reaction and we were unable to stay and had to find last minute alternative accomodation. I contacted the host who was initially apologetic but insisted it was pets not welcome however they were supposed to contact me later regarding payment as I had requested a refund due to it not being suitable and I had no further communication from them.

Stylish apartment

Comfortable, stylish & well-equipped apartment. Nice & warm; bed extremely comfortable. An excellent base for Great Malvern & the Three Counties Showground.

Difficult to find, & right on a busy road- the B & B mentioned in the directions doesn't appear to be operating any longer. However, Lynne was obviously looking out for our arrival, & was able to show us the way in. Not sure whether we would have found it otherwise.

Absolute perfection - everything we needed was available (plus more!). Despite being given detailed access instructions, the host was looking out for us and was welcoming and helpful (which was appreciated after a tiring day hiking).

A cosy space tastefully furnished with interesting items and the owner had thoughtfully provided everything you might need for a short stay.

The Best Anniversary that we have every had, spent in an incredible Treasure with lovely owners

We stayed at 'Bye the Way' for our 20th Anniversary on 14th September 2024 . although we had directions and instructions, Lynne the owner , met us on arrival and was lovely. Access was easy. The property was more than we could have imagined. it was truly beautiful and quirky . lovely fresh smell and so clean. Every single thing has been thought of. The Bed was amazingly comfy. Lots of lovely provisions, for a continental breakfast the next day, fresh milk and juice etc., in the fridge. lovely fluffy towels. lots of kitchen items and pretty crockery. the living room was exceptionally comfortable. If you needed the owners it wouldn't have been a issue as very friendly, but otherwise they leave you to your privacy. It was a very special time and a very special place. thank you so much from Ann and Mike. We are already planning our return :-)

The only thing i would change is the sensor light which came on endless times, outside the bedroom. as with all things LED... it was so bright and , perhaps not necessary . it would be so much better if the owners were able to make a change in that area. 100% for everything else

Comfortable and relaxing!

Loved the attention to detail to ensure that our stay was comfortable and relaxed…decorated in a contemporary way and with some clever and thoughtful choices. Breakfast was delicious! The issue mentioned by other guests with regards to exiting/entering the property from the road really wasn’t an issue and was clearly explained in pre-stay communications. The bed was so comfortable Even better in real life than the photos. Great position for town and the hills. Would highly recommend!
