We were so pleased to find a dog-friendly place to stay of this quality. The location was amazing - so peaceful and with easy walking distance to the Malvern hills. A lot of thought had been given to the apartment’s decoration and there were some thoughtful touches, such as a basket of extra blankets. In addition, the bed was comfortable, the bath and shower were excellent and the tv was better quality than is usually found in holiday homes. The apartment was in a beautiful, shady garden, which we appreciated as we arrived in a heatwave.
The apartment would be easier to find if you know that it is part of Adelaide House. It would be so much easier if the complete address had been given in the instructions. Despite being equipped with many good quality furnishings and equipment, there were some notable omissions, such as a dish cloth and tea pot. In addition, there was only one saucepan. We ended up boiling potatoes in a wok. Also be aware that you will need to do some online homework if you rent the apartment. You will need to upload ID and credit card details to the link sent by the company that owns the apartment. This was not a problem for us but some older members of our family would need help to do this. I contacted the company to ask about the purpose, storage and deletion of my data. I received a full reply but this information is not available on the linked webpage, so you might like to check it for yourself.

We arrived on the hottest May ever and the property is a little bit warm when we got there but as soon as we’d open the door and all of the windows were able to bring down the temperature

It didn’t have a bathmat or tea towels, or if it did we couldn’t find them.
